2026 Tri-City Wolverines Youth Baseball Program

2026 Tri-City Wolverines Youth Spring Baseball Registration

Purpose
This Registration Policy outlines the procedures, expectations, and terms associated
with registering a player for participation in the Tri-City Wolverines Travel Baseball
Program (the “program”). Our goal is to provide transparency and consistency for all
families and participants.

Eligibility
Players must meet the age requirements of the team they are trying registering for. Age
as of 5/1/2026.

Players and parents/guardians must agree to abide by the Programs Code of Conduct
and all team rules.

Registration Includes
  • 2 Game Uniforms (Jersey, Pants, Hats, Socks, & Belt)
  • Team-Branded gear bag and Helmet
  • Field rentals for Practice and Games
  • Team Insurance
  • Baseballs and Team equipment

Not Included with Registration
  • Personal equipment (glove, bat, cleats, batting gloves etc.)
  • Travel, lodging, and meals during tournaments
  • Additional fan gear or uniform replacements
  • Optional training or private lessons not run by the team
  • Tournament fees (We will fundraise to cover these costs OR teams can decide to pay a higher registration fee to cover costs.)
  • Additional Field or Facility Rentals

Fundraising
Teams will be responsible for fundraising to cover tournament costs or any additional
team activities.

Playing Level Classification
Level of play will be determined by the coach of each team. Most teams will be
classified as one of the following:
  • Major
  • AAA
  • AA
  • A

Payment Terms
  • $200 due for the first payment at time of registration, with $200 on the first of each month thereafter until the balance has been paid. The Payment Plan is subject to Installment fees of $3.50 and Service fee of $3.00 each month.  
  • Remaining Balance: Must be paid in full by April 1. You can set up monthly installments or pay in full.
  • Uniform Order: Uniforms will be ordered around January 15th. Once the order is placed, $200 of your registration is non-refundable if you decide not to participate
  • Refund Policy: There is a NO REFUND POLICY after the second week of practice.
